The Brussels Criminal Court will finally have followed the indictment of the deputy prosecutor. This last demanded 50 months in prison once morest the sorter accused of having raped a young woman on the night of March 1 to 2, 2019 in the toilets of El café, in the cemetery district of Ixelles, in the Brussels region. The man had forced her to perform oral sex on him. The facts are therefore recognized. The man is also ordered to pay the victim damages of 8,500 euros.
The court ruled that the sorter’s explanations were not credible. No reprieve was granted. He has 30 days to appeal.
