The unfortunate current situation of the owner of the ramen house in Lee Dae-dae, who received rave reviews from Baek Jong-won on SBS’s ‘Alley Restaurant’ four years ago, was conveyed.
On the 23rd, an interview with Mr. A, the president of a ramen restaurant, was released on the YouTube channel ‘Recent Olympics’. In 2018, Mr. A was evaluated by Baek Jong-won as “This is not a house we will save (with a solution). It is a good restaurant.”
Mr. A said that he could not forget that time and recalled, “When CEO Baek Jong-won praised me, I felt like I was recognized for my efforts.”
After the broadcast, it became a shop that made a fortune. Mr. A said, “I usually go to work at 9:30 with an employee, but there were already customers lined up to the stairs in front of me.”
Because of the constant flow of customers, they said they were sorry that there were customers who did not get to taste the food even though they stood in line.
Mr. A continued to expand the store and grew the business. He owned four stores, but at that moment, bad news struck.

Mr. A confessed, “Pork is used in ramen, but at that time, the price of pork belly was very high and it was really difficult.
He continued, “My income has been cut in half every month. I have lost 10 to 15 million won per store per month. Everything I have done for 9 years has been paid off. At that time, only debts remained.”
Mr. A said, “It seemed like a real dream. When I was really having a hard time, I couldn’t see the light. Because of the corona, there was nothing I could do, so it was very heartbreaking.”
He had dead skin cells on his head and was losing handfuls of hair, but in June, he had a cerebral infarction.
He said, “I had a cerebral infarction and I could see only the right side of my vision. One day I woke up and the left side was black.”

Because of the successive bad news, Mr. A had many bad thoughts. He said, “I didn’t even have money to buy tteokbokki for the girlfriend I met at the time,” causing her regret.
Afterwards, Mr. A expressed his gratitude, saying that he was able to endure thanks to the staff helping him up and leading him.
Finally, he said, “I studied a lot, so I am proud of my ramen. I am the only person who can taste this ramen. I have come this far with that pride.” .
He added, “It’s not the most delicious ramen in Korea, but I hope you come to eat the ramen that I worked hard on.”
