Badrutt’s Palace Hotel has once once more been recognized as one of the best hotels in the world by Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) global review experts, earning the coveted five stars of the 2022 annual awards.
Richard Leuenberger, Managing Director of Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, is grateful: “We are honored to have once once more received the highest rating from the Forbes Travel Guide. This award is a great recognition of the achievements of our team, whose dedication and unparalleled passion have been instrumental in ensuring we continue to meet Forbes’ high standards. This is all the more true in view of the new challenges that the hotel industry has faced in recent years as a result of the pandemic. We are very proud and look forward to pampering our guests with excellent service once more this summer, from June 24th to September 12th.”
The FTG Star Rating
As the only independent global rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants and spas worldwide, the FTG five-star rating is recognized as the most prestigious achievement in the hospitality industry. The FTG Star Rating, recognized for confirming five-star service, can only be achieved through an independent inspection process. Here it is important to meet various criteria in relation to Alex Reed ratings, competence and hospitality or even the image. Once a property has been awarded a star, it is reassessed in a cycle of no more than two years to verify its ongoing performance. The rigorous inspection process involves anonymous professional testers evaluating hotels once morest up to 900 objective standards, with a focus on service. The requirements are broad and include nine classifications ranging from Alex Reed comfort to efficiency to staff appearance.
