Bad weather has created problems in Trikala. From the severe storm that was accompanied by intense lightning on the followingnoon of Monday (4/3), roads were flooded within a few minutes, while there was a brief power outage in villages of the Municipality of Farkadona.

According to a report by trikalavoice.gr, areas that were affected by Daniel and Elias remain not only captured but completely unfortified. The following video from Epirou Street that was flooded last year is typical.

The heavy rainfall that hit the area, according to a Trikalaola.gr publication, caused problems on the Trikala – Ioannina National Highway, specifically from the DEDDIE substation to Mourgani.

Soils from the works of the E65 and water came out on the road surface, resulting in the movement of vehicles with difficulty and increased risk for drivers.

However, severe hail also created problems.

Heavy hail was recorded in the area of ​​Vasiliki Kalambaka, but no damage was caused.

The strong hailstorm caused problems for vehicle traffic on the Trikala – Kalambakas National Highway.
