How long will this winter phase last? “For the beginning of the central week of the month, around 14 October, it appears possible that relatively colder air will infiltrate Italy which, together with a new phase of widespread bad weather, could favor snowfall in the Alps, at times heavy, even around 1500 metres, if not at lower altitudes”, explains Giuliacci.
