The local police of the Carma zone (Genk, As, Oudsbergen, Zutendaal, Houthalen-Helchteren, Kinrooi, Bree, Bocholt) arrested Tuesday followingnoon, in a brasserie in Genk, a 40-year-old Walloon freeloader. The man was not at his first attempt. A police check revealed that the man had previously committed 225 similar offences, police said on Wednesday.
In the brewery in Genk, he consumed two main dishes and eleven drinks for three hours. When the manager presented him with the bill, the man might not pay because he did not have a wallet on him. The police were called and took the man to the police station for questioning. This is where his file was revealed.
