Bad news for Orange subscribers, prices are increasing from June 1: here are the new prices

Regarding mobile subscriptions, the monthly price of Go Light will increase from 10 to 11 euros, from 20 to 21 euros for Go Plus, from 30 to 32 euros for Go Intense and from 40 to 43 euros for Go Extreme. These price increases will nevertheless be accompanied by a greater quantity of data (from 0.5 to 10 GB depending on the subscription).

Multi-card customers (from 2 Go Intense and/or Go Extreme cards) as well as Love customers (who have a fixed Internet subscription) will benefit from a reduction of 1 euro on their mobile subscriptions. Customers Love Go Light (10 euros per month) and Go Plus (16 euros) will therefore pay the same amount as currently, while the price will increase for customers Love Go Intense (from 21 to 22 euros) and Go Extreme (from 31 to 33 euros).

The prices of fixed products will also increase, in particular the TV service (from 16 to 17 euros per month).

The rates for out-of-bundle costs for mobile subscriptions, international calls and roaming will also be on the rise. The MMS will also become chargeable (0.24 euro) whereas it is currently free.

The increase in tariffs must absorb the impact of the rapid increase in costs linked to the economic context, specifies Orange Belgium. “Given the current economic context, marked by unprecedented levels of inflation, with energy prices, technological equipment but also salary costs which are increasing rapidly and impacting the cost structure of Orange Belgium and its suppliers and partners, the operator is obliged to adapt some of its tariffs, in order to maintain the quality of services and Orange’s level of investment.”
