In view of the corona virus, the Sindh government has banned the arrival of fans in PSL matches, Sindh Chief Minister says that there will be fans only in today’s match.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah says that from tomorrow the matches will be held in closed stadiums, we are conducting the matches but we cannot take any more risk. The money will be returned.

PCB Chief Executive Wasim Khan said that health and safety is always a priority in cricket, PCB takes full care of the health and safety of players, officials, spectators, media, service providers and security personnel.

Waseem Khan said that following the recommendation of the Sindh government, the PCB has taken precautionary measures and decided that the upcoming matches scheduled in Karachi will be held in the empty National Stadium.

The chief executive PCB said that the decision to hold the matches in Karachi on March 10 as per the schedule was made in consultation with the Sindh government. He said that the PCB always takes decisions in consultation with the local government.

Waseem Khan said that PCB is in contact with the Punjab government regarding the upcoming matches of Akka League in Lahore and in this regard, PCB will fully follow the instructions of the provincial government.

He said that the tickets will be refunded through TCS centers under PCB’s refund policy and further details will be released soon.

The Chief Executive PCB further said that PCB sympathizes with the fans of Karachi who actively participated in the 8 matches of the previous edition including the opening matches of HBL PSL 2020, but after the recommendation of the Sindh government.
