With this lawsuit, Elliot gets 90% of the profits from the song, while Bad Bunny will only get 1% of the profits from the hit song, which alone on YouTube already has more than 320 million views and on Tik Tok it was one of the most famous trends during the beginning of the quarantine.

It was precisely the magnitude of his success that caused Elliot to sue for having used parts of his song “Get ur freak on” without any change. Given this, the bad rabbit will also have to pay a large sum of money for copyright, a sum that is still unknown how much it will be.
