Azizur Rahman, who practices at the club, said, ‘Just like Babarbhai started his career as a ball boy, I also work as a ball boy at the Gaddafi Stadium with the academy.

Another young player, Rafi Qamar-ul-Zaman, said that ‘just as Babar Azam did not feel ashamed to roll the ball on the pitch, we also do everything with passion like him.’
“Whether it’s preparing wickets or working as a ball boy at the Gaddafi Stadium, I never felt ashamed because Babar Azam has been doing it all,” he added.
According to Rafi, he has also been playing in Canada and is now training in Lahore at the same club where Babar Azam has played.
He said: ‘From the ball boy to preparing the wicket, it’s by doing it all that a player can learn the basics.’
