Ayman Al-Rifai, former head of the Disciplinary Committee, confirmed that there are 3 conditions that Al-Nasr Club must complete in the event that he wants to sign a replacement player for the injured Argentine Betty Martinez.
And Al-Rifai stated in an interview with “In the Goal”: Al-Nasr must drop the player in a systematic manner, that is, his clearance should be by mutual consent and allow his name to be dropped from the system, and to attach a medical report approved by the Professional Committee according to its discretion according to the documents, and that the dropping does not prejudice the integrity and fairness of the competition.
Al-Rifai explained the method of contracting with a substitute player for the injured: The substitute must be a player who has become free in a natural way, that is, his contract has not been terminated.
Al-Rifai concluded: Clubs have the right to object to Al-Nasr’s contract with any substitute player, if they find support for that.
