A 40-year-old British tourist was seriously injured following falling from Charco El Tancón, in Los Gigantes, into the sea in Spain.
The unfortunate event took place in the municipality of Santiago del Teide, Spanish province of Tenerife.
Where this event took place, confirmed by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center of 112 of the Canary Islands.
The events occurred last Monday followingnoon.

The members of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) moved to the area and upon arrival they had already managed to remove the affected person from the water and take him to the shore.
Immediately, the Tenerife Firefighters team transported the injured man to the ambulance.
