Suspicions have been raised that the shopping mall founded by singer Kang Min-kyung pays experienced employees below the industry average.
Kang Min-kyung directly explained that he wrote down the recruitment notice for the shopping mall incorrectly, but the suspicion of neglecting the staff still persisted.
On the 5th, the shopping mall headed by Kang Min-kyung posted a 3-month contract job announcement. It was a CS job that required a college graduate with 3 to 7 years of experience, but the annual salary was around 25 million won.
Through an announcement, the shopping mall sought employees with various skills, such as consulting online shopping malls, consulting customer claims, responding to overseas customer emails in English, CS general office work, and establishing operational policy planning through analysis of customer inquiries. On the other hand, the annual salary was around 25 million won, and it was pointed out that it was extremely low for a career worker.
Then Kang Min-kyung stepped forward. Kang Min-kyung explained that it was a simple mistake, saying, “I was surprised by so many DMs and reconfirmed the announcement. And I was even more surprised.
However, the average annual salary of Kang Min-kyung shopping mall employees listed on a recruitment site was 21 million won in August last year, and 23 million won in September. In response, many people responded bitterly, saying that experienced employees at Kang Min-kyung’s shopping mall are not expected to earn much more than 25 million won in wages.
Kang Min-kyung established Abiemua Co., Ltd. in 2020 and is operating it. According to the recruitment site, the company has recently been known to have 6 employees with sales of 3.45986 billion won.
Recently, Kang Min-kyung bought a building in Mapo-gu, Seoul for 6.5 billion won, drawing attention.
