Austria has participated fifty-one times and has achieved victory twice, the last of them in 2014. On a total of twenty occasions they have managed to enter the top-10, but have earned zero points in four editions (1962-1988 -1991-2015). Austria’s representative at Eurovision 2024 is on the streets.
The Austrian is an expert in the contest, she has served as Spain’s set designer at Junior Eurovision in 2021 and 2022 and has acted several times as an extra in the festival’s previous rehearsals. The proposal she presents is ‘We Will Rave’, her own trip to the Ruta del Bakalao, a techno-inspired pop base. Austria is one of the twenty-six countries that will fight for victory on May 11 in the Grand Final.
