Melbourne: Russia’s Daniel Medvedev fined for chairing chair umpire during Australian Open 2022 semifinals. The fine was $ 12,000. He was fined $ 8,000 for indecent exposure and $ 4,000 for misconduct.
Medvedev blasted the umpire for not taking action despite his father giving him instructions during the match. After the match, the Russian player admitted that it was a mistake to insult the umpire.
