Australian international joins Eupen

AS Eupen have signed Australian international James Jeggo. The 29-year-old defensive midfielder leaves Greece and Aris Thessaloniki for our league. He signed a contract with AS Eupen until June 30, 2023.

“The Vienna-born player moved to Australia with his family when he was 10 years old and trained at the Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS). As a professional player he played for Melbourne Victory, Adelaide United, SK Sturm Graz, Austria Wien and Aris Thessaloniki In Australia, Austria and Greece, AS Eupen’s new signing has made a total of 217 appearances in the top division, James Jeggo has carried 12 so far times the Australian national team jersey and is currently involved with his team in the qualifiers for the World Cup.
