[Chief Saito]I participated in this foreman training as an assistant. I myself am not good at speaking in front of people, and I often end up thinking too much about what to say and how, and my mind goes blank, so this was a great learning experience. I was reminded of the difficulty of communicating with others, even in foreman training. Branch Manager Ishii made an effort to keep the foreman training interesting by talking about failures he had experienced. I was able to once again realize how difficult it is to educate people. I’m not yet able to do it myself, so I would like to participate in this type of training and gain experience little by little.
[Branch Manager Ishii]I was a little nervous as it had been a while since I last served as a lecturer for foreman training, but I believe I was able to communicate and get the employees to think about what I wanted to say and what I wanted them to think about. We also played games and held discussions, using current events and modified versions of business games to add some ingenuity. We will be closely monitoring how this foreman training will be put to use in the workplace.
