After revealing the gameplay of Augran, the new fighter role-playing hero in Honor of Kings, TiMi Studios released a new update that allows all players to try out this new character from the hit mobile MOBA.
Players will be able to acquire it for free by participating in the event campaign from July 27 to 28.
Known as the Seer of the Misty Marshes, Augran can summon the spirits of his enemies to attack his opponents and ignore terrain to quickly travel to his teammates.
Augran’s abilities in Honor of Kings:
- Resonance of Souls: Augran’s basic attacks resonate and link with the souls of his enemies, dealing physical damage each time. If enemies are unable to break the soul chain, the frequency of damage increases until it ends and deals magic damage. The damage dealt by the soul chain at its start and end has a 100% on-hit effect, and the rest of the damage has a certain on-hit effect.
- Skill 1: Passageway: Augran creates a path, dealing magic damage to targets hit. The path’s creation is accelerated when it hits a wall or the Life and Death Barrier, and then deals additional magic damage when it hits more enemies. While on the path, he ignores terrain and gains a bonus to movement speed. When the path hits a wall for the first time, a bridge of passage is created and he gains a large bonus to movement speed while on it, slowing nearby enemies. Upon using the ability again or when the timer runs out, he will recall his weapon and enter a scrying state, instantly killing low-health targets.
- Skill 2: Precipice of Death: Augran swings his weapon, dealing physical damage and slowing enemies that get in front of him for a duration. He creates a Life and Death Barrier that marks enemies that touch it, and deals additional damage to enemies that touch the branches of the barrier. After casting the ability, his next basic attack is empowered to deal additional damage and restore his health. If there are any marked targets within range of the attack, the soul chain deals additional damage and restores his health for each marked target nearby.
- Skill 3: Soul Conductor (Ultimate): Augran unleashes his full power and descends from the sky, dealing physical damage and knocking back nearby enemies. If he hits an enemy hero, Augran restores some health and creates a spirit to assist him. Upon landing, he enters a sighted state and kills low-health enemies with his basic attacks. For each enemy hero hit, his healing is increased (up to 100%). The spirit inherits some of their physical damage and only deals basic attacks, but has increased movement speed and attack speed.
