Auditions and concert for the end of the year of ADoMiSiL’

The ADoMiSiL’ association had to face a significant reduction in members due to health measures. Despite this, the level of the lessons was maintained and the forty or so beginner musicians registered were able to improve their skills in the practice of their favorite instrument. Only the adult choir might not function properly due to lack of staff.

Last week, parents and friends gathered in the René-Mathieu room for the hearing of the students of Eléna Pesenti for piano and voice, and those of Vincent Gaudon for electric and acoustic guitars. This shared moment, where students express themselves in public, is their reward for a year of pleasure and effort.

It is also the place where parents and teachers proudly measure the progress made.

At 9 p.m., the Camerata musical ensemble led by its new conductor, Sylvie Negrel, played the following Abdelazir d’Henry Purcell, Fun de W.-A. Mozart, Elegy d’Edward Elgar et la Symphony No. 10 en si mineur by Felix Mendelssohn.

The president, Marylise Berthézène, and the secretary, Roselyne Rambert, were satisfied to have been able to maintain most of the classes in this difficult year. They hope to find a larger workforce next year and relaunch the full activity of the choir. For this, they call on all those who are looking for a leisure activity and personal expression to join them.
