As the sale process for All3Media, the British flagship in the production of films, series and television shows, has just started, potential buyers are scrambling. According to our information, confirming that of Archyde.com and Variety, around ten candidates are interested, including two French groups, Banijay and Mediawan. Warner Bros. Discovery and Liberty Global, 50-50 owners of All3Media, have mandated the bank JP Morgan to sell the producer behind the series “Fleabag” and the entertainment show “Les Traitors”.

The first talks reportedly took place recently and offers are expected in October, with the aim of finalizing the operation before the end of the year. The seller would seek a valuation of around 1 billion pounds, or around 1.2 billion euros. When contacted, neither Mediawan nor Banijay wished to comment.
