Audi unveiled two software concept cars last year – the Roadster Skysphere and executive sedan grandsphere. But from the very beginning there were announced three “spheres”. Another one will see the light very soon: teasers of the Audi Urbansphere minivan have been published. Moreover, if the image of the salon (above), the company distributed globally, then the picture with the appearance was published only in China.
The debut of this concept car was to take place at the Beijing Motor Show. The exhibition is already canceled due to the new wave of coronavirus, but Audi will still unveil the Urbansphere at a separate event on April 19th. Nothing is known regarding the concept itself. Although the assumption that Audi intends to probe the public’s interest in the minivan is not without meaning. The company has never produced such cars, but expensive and well-equipped monocabs are very popular in the Chinese market. In the end, only here you can find minivans under the brands Buick and Lexus.
