Auction of 650 auctions in Western Greece, in Patras one of the industrial-industrial areas that “go under the hammer” – 2024-07-10 22:40:48

Banks and servicers are speeding up the publication of auctions even though we are entering the heart of summer, with August practically being a “dead” month since all procedures are “frozen” by law.

But until we get there, the banks and administrators ““red” loans they are running to catch up with everything they can, which is why they have “loaded” the electronic auction platform with 645 programs for all of Western Greece only for the month of July, when 525 auctions are scheduled for the five months of September – December, of which 425 concern the Municipality of Patreon.

In July, within the limits of the Municipality of Patreon, they go “under the hammer” 190 residences, 64 plots with buildings, 38 shops, 38 warehouses, 35 plots, 16 parking spaces, 7 industrial – craft areas, 5 professional areas, 5 plots of land with buildings, 4 office plots and 3 plots of land.

From the housesthe largest first offer starts from the amount of 232,600 euros for a maisonette and reaches up to 2,400 euros, for the usufruct of an old building.

According to official data, since 2018 when e-auctions started, to date, approximately 100,000 have been completed throughout Greece. An estimated 81.3% of completed auctions have been facilitated by banks or bank portfolio companies. Of the auctions conducted involving banks, 76.2% were once morest natural persons.
