Auchan recalls bottles of Baby Growth milk sold in France

2023-08-04 16:19:53

The recalled product affects an infant population aged 12 to 36 months. Auchan has recalled bottles of Baby Growth milk, in 25 cl format. The milk, which would be curdled, might contain bacteria likely to cause illnesses in the child such as diarrhea or stomach aches.

The product is the subject of a recall since this Friday, August 4, as indicated on the site of Drink reminder.

Sold between June 6 and July 29, 2023 in a pack of 12 bottles of 25 centilitres in Auchan stores and other brands that market it, Baby Growth milk, whose minimum durability date is November 18, 2023, can be identified by the consumer by its GTIN (Global Trade Identification Number) 3596710481637 and lot number 23142F.

Consequently, Rappel Conso recommends that customers no longer consume the product, bring it back to the point of sale for a refund or even destroy it.

Last January, the Rappel Conso site also reported the recall of “Viva Candia” brand milk cartons due to an organoleptic defect (taste, texture or smell).
