On the program, a procession and giant dragons, held at arm’s length by a cohort of porters, will stroll from Stalingrad Park passing through the Town Hall, to the sound of firecrackers. At the helm, theSino-French Association of Mutual Aid and Friendship in partnership with the municipality. A total of 13 associations promoting exchanges and the presence of Chinese traders or traders of Chinese origin in France are represented. Lion dance and good humor await you.

In the program :
- 8 h 30 : opening of Stalingrad Park to the public
- 9 h : reception of 500 children from leisure centers and speech by Karine Franclet, Mayor of Aubervilliers. Entertainment (dances) and tasting of tea and Chinese dumplings.
- 10 h 30 : departure of the procession, which will stop in front of the Town Hall, rue de la Haie-Coq, and in front of the CIFA.
