The prosecution’s announcement came after the attorney general, Francisco Barbosa Delgadoindicated on Thursday that the cell phones of the ladies Marelbys Meza and Fabiola were illegally intercepted, passing them off in a Dijín Judicial Police report as key files of alias Siopaswho by January of this year was a leader of the Gaitanistas Self-Defense Forces of Colombia or ‘Gulf clan’.
