The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported on Monday that there are now seven defendants in the double crime perpetrated in 2015 once morest the rapper Tirone González “Canserbero” and the bassist Carlos Molnar.

“To Marcos Pratolongo for the crimes of homicide qualified with treachery and for futile motive, as an unnecessary accomplice, simulation of a punishable act, obstruction of the administration of justice and association to commit a crime,” Saab indicated.
He pointed out the police officers Edgar Trillo, Gilbert Cruz and Teresa Pinto, accused of the crimes of obstruction of justice and aggravated corruption.
He stressed that more than 120 investigations have been carried out regarding Canserbero’s death.
He stated that between December 26 and 27, they proceeded with the special advance evidence hearings, contemplated in article 40 of the Organic Code of Criminal Procedure (COPP).
