In the Islamabad High Court Judges’ Self-Notice Case, the hearing order was issued on April 30 following the signature of all the judges. Answers to the allegations should be submitted to the Supreme Court through the Attorney General of Pakistan.
The Supreme Court has issued an order for the hearing of the self-notice case on April 30 regarding the allegations of interference in the judiciary of 6 judges of the Islamabad High Court.
The five-page written order said that under the April 3 order, all five High Courts submitted their written responses, the Supreme Court had also sought suggestions from the Pakistan Bar Council and the Supreme Court Bar Association. have submitted their suggestions.
According to the order, the Supreme Court Bar Association said that the recommendations will be submitted till the next hearing, some other bar councils and bar associations have submitted requests to become parties in the case, the Supreme Court has only given suggestions to other parties. To the extent that the Bar Councils and Bar Associations will hear, it would be better if the Bar Councils and Bar Associations submit proposals unanimously.

The Supreme Court in its order said that if the lawyers’ organizations might not agree, they can also submit their separate proposals, the Attorney General can also submit proposals on behalf of the federation.
The order further said that the response to the allegations leveled once morest the federal government or its subordinate agency by the 6 judges of the Islamabad High Court should be submitted by the Attorney General.
