Are you Cuban and want to travel without a visa to another country? Well, as of TODAY, July 15, another nation in the world favors Cubans and grants them free visas. Thai authorities announced this weekend that, starting this Monday, the list of visa-exempt countries to enter the Asian country will be expanded from 57 to 93. Among the new additions are: Cuba and other Latin countries such as Mexico and Colombia.

According to the Ministry of the Interior of Thailand on its Facebook page, the new list will come into effect on July 15 and will allow a stay of up to 60 days, a measure aimed at encouraging tourism that has not reached the levels of before the health crisis.

Countries such as Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Peru already enjoyed visa exemption before this new measure. The extension will benefit more Latin American countries, including Panama, Guatemala, Uruguay and Ecuador and the aforementioned visa-free status for Cubans.
