A woman living in Seraing was brought before the Liège public prosecutor’s office this Saturday for having stabbed her partner 12 times in the stomach with a kitchen knife, the Liège courts announced. His case was investigated for attempted murder. The man, quite corpulent, only suffered small injuries but presented a certificate of incapacity for a period of seven days.
It was Thursday September 21 that the events took place. An argument breaks out between the couple, in an alcoholic context. It was then that the victim’s partner, born in 1967, grabbed a small kitchen knife and stabbed her partner 12 times in the stomach area.
The suspect, born in 1974, fled following these events, only to be arrested this Saturday.
