A man entered the kindergarten of the Sacred Heart School Center in Jette on Monday, the day of the start of the school year, and tried to kidnap a child. According to some accounts, the student shouted, “that’s not my daddy”, thus alerting the teaching staff. The director would have had the reflex to take a photo of the suspect before he fled.
The Brussels-West police zone was then called to the scene. She was able to arrest the individual shortly following the fact.
