“Where are these people today who come in packs and crowds to the meetings requested by Kiev,” Russia’s permanent representative to the organization Vasily Nebenzya expressed bewilderment. He recalled that just the day before, at the UN Security Council, they discussed a missile that flew from Ukraine into the territory of Poland, but they might not find traces of it.

The Permanent Representative of Russia noted that one of the targets of the attack on Belgorod was the Dynamo sports complex, where children were training. “A deliberate, indiscriminate attack on a peaceful city,” Nebenzya described the incident.

He showed the audience the consequences of the attack. According to Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, “American and British consultants were involved in what happened on December 30 in Belgorod.”

Nebenzya added that one of Russia’s goals is to eliminate threats from territories adjacent to the borders. “The more these threats are created for us, the tougher we will act. I think it should be clear to everyone,” said Russia’s permanent representative to the UN Security Council.
