Alexander Ritschard (ATP 187) and Leandro Riedi (133) had no trouble getting through the first round of the Marseille tournament. The two Zurichers respectively won 7-5 6-3 against Pablo Andujar (211) and 6-3 6-4 against Arthur Rinderknech (72).
