At least three unknown perpetrators blew up an ATM in a bank branch in Horn on Saturday night between 1:22 a.m. and 1:33 a.m. The strangers had broken open the sliding door to the foyer of the branch. Due to the violent detonation, triggered by a previously unknown explosive device, the ATM was completely destroyed and the branch was significantly damaged. Despite an immediately initiated search, the perpetrators were able to escape with their loot in an currently unknown amount.
A white Fiat 500 with the license plate number HO-751CF is believed to have been used as the getaway vehicle. Car and license plate were stolen. The Fiat was discovered in the Czech Republic in the area of the Vranov reservoir around noon.
