Atlético Tucumán tied Vélez in the last play

With an agonizing goal, Atlético Tucumán drew 1-1 with Vélez in an entertaining match played at the Monumental José Fierro stadium at the close of the fourth date of the tournament of the Professional League.

With the goals of the Paraguayan José Florentín for the Fortín and Marcelo González for the Deanthe Liniers group maintains a streak of 16 games without knowing the victory as a visitor in the domestic championship, not counting international competitions.

Vélez was the clear dominator of the match during the first halfwith a lot of work from the trio in midfield, although the local left him a lot of space to move freely and play his way.

The only thing that Cacique Medina’s team lacked was get to the area better and have alternatives more concrete to define the meeting.

As soon as the complement began, Elías Cabrera executed a free kick from the right sector of the field, which nobody connected in the first instance at the door of the area except Florentín, who sent her to the bottom of the network before the mark of several defenders of Atlético Tucumán.

The rest of the complement was dominated by Vélez, who had more opportunities to get even further ahead on the scoreboard but was not effective at the time of closing the match. But following a series of errors in defense, González put the final tie and his first goal with the shirt of the Tucuman team.

The tie did not leave any of the two satisfied. The Fortin missed the victory in the last and he does not raise his head with a single victory in 4 dates. For the Dean, equality was a relief but still winless in tournament and only has 2 points.
