Atlético Nacional vs. Unión Magdalena: summary, result, goals, positions in the Betplay League today | Colombian Soccer | Betplay League

Atlético Nacional defeated Unión Magdalena 1-0, for the eighth date in the I-2022 League. The purslane dominated much of the game, but they lacked more force and might only make a difference on the scoreboard through Ruyery Blanco, who applied the ‘law of the ex’ to the samariums. The Antioqueños reached 17 points, sharing second place with Millonarios.

Both teams went out to find the opposite goal, but Nacional was the one that got close first at minute 2 through Jarlan Barrera, with a shot from the left leg that went wide.

The visit had its first approach at minute 12, with a shot from medium distance by Fabián Cantillo that passed close to Kevin Mier’s goal.

Jarlan once more at minute 13 had the first, with another shot from the left leg, following a cross from Danovis Banguero, but the ball went high and deflected from Carlos Bejarano’s goal.

At minute 21, Alexander Mejía left with physical discomfort in his right leg, following a clash with a rival player. He was replaced by Sebastián Gómez.

Nacional was patient and at minute 34 had a new approach through Ruyery Blanco, but defender Stiwar Mena managed to avoid what was going to be the first goal of the game.

Three minutes later, following a deep pass by Jarlan Barrera, the ball fell to Ruyery Blanco, who defined goalkeeper Bejarano with class, opening the scoring for the purslane. From samarium to samarium, they put the “banana cyclone” in trouble.

Blanco scored his first goal with the Nacional shirt, in his second game as a starter and applying the inexorable ‘law of the ex’. Two years, eight months and 18 days later, Ruyery scored once more in the first division.

The last minutes were for a National looking to step on the area, in stoppage time, Andrés Andrade had the second goal, but sent the ball over the Samaria goal.

In the complementary stage, the visit came out with pressure and almost scored the tie. Nacional was shaken and tried to go for the second goal. Andrés Andrade had it, but his shot went close.

At minute 20, Jarlan Barrera from mid-range and following a pass from Yerson Candelo sent the ball to the vertical of his left hand, saving the visit of the second goal. At 23 and following a play in attack, Danovis Banguero left the ball to Andrés Andrade, but the rifle in an unusual way missed the goal.

About minute 24, Alejandro Restrepo decided to make two changes; Dorlan Pabón and Giovanni Moreno entered instead of Andrés Andrade and Ruyery Blanco. On the 27th, the visit responded with three changes: James Sánchez, Fabián Cantillo and James Castro left, and Mateo García, José Gómez and Jahir Scott entered.

At 31, a shot by Daiver Vega demanded Kevin Mier, who responded in two stages. Two minutes later, Nacional made two more changes, entering Jefferson Duque who fulfilled his match 200 with the purslane and Yeison Guzmán, instead of Daniel Mantilla and Jarlan Barrera.

About the 39th minute, Unión Magdalena through Roberto Hinojosa had the equalizing goal, but Mier managed to avoid the fall of his goal with a great save with a changed hand. The visit continued to attack and create danger over Nacional.

In the end, Nacional knew how to endure and almost asking for the time, managed to get the second win at home in the semester. These are three points that will serve as an incentive for the preliminary phase key once morest Olimpia from Paraguay, starting the first leg in Asunción, next Thursday, February 24.

On the next date, Atlético Nacional visits Atlético Bucaramanga, while Unión Magdalena hosts Deportivo Cali in Santa Marta.
