Atlantico provides card machine in Viana – news

Banco Millennium Atlântico made available, yesterday, the second Atlantico card machine in the municipality of Viana, the most populous in the capital

With this machine, the number of machines with this functionality available is extended to two, initially in the country’s capital. Customers gain autonomy to issue their personalized cards 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without needing to be attended to in person at the Bank’s branches.

The first card machine was launched last October, in Cidade Financeira, in Talatona, and now follows that of Viana to bring a modern solution to the banking sector, promoting the transformation of customers’ journeys and habits of going to branches, contributing to less pressured management of daily routines.

“Atlantico is focused on serving its customers better, giving them autonomy in operations that no longer require interaction with employees and can be carried out at any time of the day”, reads a statement from the institution to which OPAÍS had access .

The card issuance journey aims to make the Bank’s activity even more sustainable, putting technology at the service of the environment to reduce the need to use paper to provide the PIN.

Card machines have the advantages of giving the customer autonomy in the process of renewing a card, speed and efficiency in obtaining the card, and reducing queues at branches.
