ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – After almost 30 years away, the Atlanta Hawks returned home to Peachtree TV (WPCH) and Atlanta News First (WANF) for the first of 10 games hosted on local broadcast television.
The Hawks home game once morest Indiana on Friday, January 12th, 2024, beat the season average ratings of every other NBA game on ComScore-rated cable in Atlanta so far this season; out-delivering game averages on TNT (+73%), ESPN (+69%), and ESPN 2 (+3,530%).
The broadcast also won the night head-to-head once morest two games at the same time-period on cable by +153% and +108% respectively. It was also the highest ComScore-rated Friday night game of the season and the 4th highest ComScore-rated regular season game of the 23-24 season in the Atlanta market.
