Vibra opens registration for the Ativagente Estag internship program 2025
Vibra launched, this Monday (04/11), another edition of its internship program, Ativagente Estag, aimed at students on technical and higher education courses.
In total, 17 vacancies are being offered to work in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Leader in the fuel and lubricant distribution sector in Brazil, Vibra has been consolidating its position as the main multi-energy platform in the country. The company seeks to attract talent willing to learn and grow in a scenario of constant change, in which Vibra positions itself as a protagonist in the energy sector.
Vacancies are available for students of technical and higher education courses in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo
The program aims to technically train interns, also promoting sociocultural improvement and work relationships, essential aspects for professional life. During the program, interns will have access to a learning path with training, mentoring, challenges and projects, all aimed at improving skills and competencies. The opportunities are for students studying Economic Sciences, Mechatronic Engineering, Production Engineering, Control Engineering, Accounting Sciences, Administration, Advertising and Propaganda, Administration Technician, Occupational Safety Technician and Law.
Vibra’s Vice President of People, Technology and ESG, Aspen Andersen, reinforces that the company is looking for people open to learning. “Our focus is to develop the concept and mindset of innovation in these young people. We want to encourage our interns to engage in the search for solutions that increase productivity, reduce costs, optimize processes and rethink the future of the energy sector on the planet”, he explains.
Interested parties must be at least 18 years old and expected to graduate in February 2027 for higher education students. In the case of the technical course, it is necessary to expect graduation from February 2026.
Vibra Energia aims to offer equal opportunities within an inclusive work environment for women, black people, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+. The maximum period of the Internship Program is up to 2 years for graduation, being renewed every 6 months; and 1 year for technical level.
