A week following the Tour of Flanders, where Tadej Pogacar won ahead of Mathieu van der Poel, Mads Pedersen and Wout van Aert, cycling lovers will revel in Paris – Roubaix on Sunday.
With its 256.6 kilometer course, this race is one of the main ones of the season. Its 54.5 kilometers of cobblestones, divided into 29 sectors, promise to be difficult for cyclists.
The famous Trouée d’Arenbert, Mons-en-Pévèle and Carrefour de l’Arbre will be the three most difficult places of the event, classified five stars.
Last year, Dutchman Dylan van Baarle finished the race in 5 hours and 37 minutes. He will still be there, as will his main rivals Mathieu van der Poel and Wout van Aert.
The departure is scheduled for Compiègne, to the North-East of Paris at 11 a.m.
