According to the disclosed contents, Mr. A is a recipient of basic livelihood, and on the 20th, the government subsidy, including livelihood pay, comes in. He wanted to buy chicken for his daughter, but didn’t have money right away, so he carefully requested the credit with the intention of ‘if the subsidy comes in on the 20th, I will pay 26,500 won for the chicken’.

The chicken restaurant owner willingly accepted Mr. A’s request and delivered the chicken himself. Mr. A thanked the president and handed the rice cake and hand letter.
