Bamba Dieng was a player full of promise for OM. However, his Marseille adventure ended this winter with his transfer to Lorient. Nevertheless, his departure should have taken place last summer and Leeds, through its president, delivered on his bitter failure.
He was the hit of summer 2022 and winter 2023 at the‘ABOUT, but not for his athletic performance. Indeed, while he was nicknamed on his debut with the Marseille club as the “new Didier Drogba”, Bamba Dieng became much more discreet last season and was even pushed out by the president of the‘ABOUT, to know Pablo Longoria. Eventually, Dieng left the Olympique de Marseille for the FC Lorient this winter.
Dieng is in Lorient, but had to join Leeds or Nice, the transfer of Bamba Dieng might have taken place and above all hard in the last off-season. President of Leeds, Andrea Radrizzani confided in DAZN and in comments reported by TMW on the surprising failure of the English for the transfer of Bamba Dieng. “This market has been crazy.
