At least Five people died when a medical plane crashed in the western US state of Nevada for reasons that are still under investigation, aeronautical sources reported today.
All the occupants on board the device, the pilot, a nurse, a paramedic, the patient and a family member, died when the plane crashed. Last night at 9:15 p.m. near the town of Stagecoach, according to the air medical assistance service, Care Flight.
“We have received confirmation from the Central Lyon County Fire Department that none of the five people on board have survived,” according to the organization in a Facebook statement picked up by CNN.
As reported by the Europa Press agency, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department and the Central Lyon Fire Department are coordinating with the National Transportation Safety Board to determine the cause of the accident.
