Sophrology Cycle
New sophrology cycle, with registration required for several workshops: sessions are offered every Monday at 4.45 p.m. Sophrology allows, through attention to the body and sensations, to soothe invading thoughts and emotions that can sometimes overwhelm us. It encourages us to focus our attention on the events and feelings that make us feel good. It is a set of practices carried out during the sessions that can be reproduced in daily life, thus allowing full autonomy in the management of delicate moments in life. It can be a support in different areas: stress and anxiety management, memory, attention, pain, self-esteem, quality of life. The workshops are led by Pascale, sophrologist graduated from the Graduate School of Applied Sophrology of Vincennes at the Plateaux Sauvages (5 rue des Plâtrières – 75020 Paris. Metro 2 Ménilmontant). Registration by phone (06 51 62 16 20) or email (accompaniment “@” actions-treatments.org).
