The Ella stroller from Glüxkind has driving assistance, an obstacle detection system, and can rock your baby on its own.
Artificial intelligence can be found everywhere, even in your baby’s stroller. At CES 2024, the company Glüxkind presented Ella, a connected stroller that rocks your baby on its own.
It has an intelligent braking system, which is triggered as soon as the stroller is released. Thanks to its “hands-free” mode, it can move forward on its own according to the parents’ needs, brake and stop automatically, and the speed is controllable. The stroller can also help with parking, thanks to its obstacle detection system.
Driving assistance
It also includes driving assistance to help climb hills and slow down on descents. Using sensors, the stroller can recognize various obstacles, such as cars, bicycles, animals or humans on the way, and thus warn in the event of danger.
Finally, the stroller has a “Rock your baby” mode, which, when triggered, automatically rocks the pram to put the baby to sleep. Thanks to its speakers, the stroller can also broadcast white noise to calm or put the baby to sleep.
This smart stroller will be marketed from spring 2024, for a starting price of 3,500 euros.
