Ászia Expressz: The Jollys already had a fight in the first days

Jolly and Szüperák Barbara didn’t think for a second when it was mentioned that they too could take part in the Asia Express. They would have been on the show years ago, but then COVID intervened, so they had been mentally preparing for the adventure for a long time. “We were sure that we wanted to come one day! It was not a question for us, so when they approached us, we immediately said yes,” said Barbara Szuperák, who was quickly taken over by Jolly.

“Anyway, my partner and I love adventures and we love to travel. We are people with such an attitude that we always go abroad, to other countries, even other continents, as soon as we have the opportunity. We really like to see the world,” added the musician, who is already filming during the day. after it started, he realized that the Asia Express was much different than their usual vacations.

They left their comfort zone on the very first day

“We like to meet new people, we look for new inspirations, new situations. And here everyone steps out of their comfort zone, and my partner and I are set up for exactly that, we look for this feeling and enjoy it the most,” Jolly told Origo, who he also clearly answered the question of when in Asia he first felt that he had left the comfortable everyday life.

“Already on the very first day. And it’s not the hitchhiking, the errands, or the heat and high humidity that’s the worst, but the fact that you have to ask yourself into the homes of strangers. We knock on the doors of complete strangers to be accepted. Well, it’s really such a something we’ve never done before in our lives,” he said, and then Barbie touched on whether they were somehow able to prepare for this at home or during the long journey to Asia.

“We absolutely couldn’t prepare for this, because we simply couldn’t imagine it until now. We tried to imagine what it would be like to be invited into a stranger’s house, but until you stand there in front of someone’s door, dead tired, asking for a place to stay at 10 o’clock in the evening, you have no idea that what’s the situation. We don’t have a phone, we don’t have money, they don’t even know who we are, and we’re just trying to explain to them somehow that this is a TV show and that we’re famous people in our own country,” he said.
