I met Kim Ki-beom, C&C marketing team manager at Asus Korea. Manager Kim said that ASUS Korea not only supplies ASUS motherboards, graphics cards, and monitors to the Korean market, but also gaming gear and computer hardware, and through the ROG brand, it is able to meet consumers’ various preferences, including hardware optimized for gamers. He explained that it is a company that presents products that satisfy people.
Asus’s growth in the Korean market is unstoppable. It has continuously drawn a growth curve, and the direction of the recent growth engine is the game and gaming market, including Ai. He emphasized that he is driving stronger. He also mentioned that ASUS’ unique technology and branding make him proud to be an ASUS product user.
Asus participates in the Danawa Academy event every year to meet college students. The same is true in 2024. In the past, the focus was on gaming gear, but this year, the focus has shifted to gaming PCs. At the same time, the laptop booth was large enough to be operated separately. Efforts to appeal the strengths of the products were also seen through demonstrations at each booth.
