Two minors and a major suspect arrested in connection with assaults at Maréchal-Joffre Park in Lévis.
The events occurred on July 3 when there were two groups of young people in the park.
A suspect then sprinkles a victim with cayenne pepper, then another individual points a pellet gun and fires projectiles reaching a second victim, reports the Police Department of the City of Lévis.
The two arrested minors were released subject to several conditions to be respected. As for the minor, he will appear before the Court of Quebec.
The three suspects are charged with pointing a firearm, aggravated assault, careless use of a firearm, uttering threats to cause legions, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and of conspiracy.
A search was carried out at the home of one of the suspects which made it possible to seize evidence corroborating offenses, specifies the police of Lévis.
