Intending to take her life, to prevent his affair from being exposed, until she breathed her last, and stole her golden earring, and put it inside his grandmother’s oven.

Investigations into the incident and the referral order to court revealed that the child accused had committed his crime under the influence of marijuana.

The accused was arrested, and the investigation authorities were notified to complete the investigations, which decided to refer the case to the Criminal and Child Misdemeanor Court, and ruled that the accused be punished with 15 years in prison for the murder of the child, a year for stealing her golden earring, 3 years, and a fine of 10,000 pounds for the charge of possession of a quantity of hashish with the intention of using.
