New facts are coming to light about the actions of the 48-year-old pedophile, who was arrested on the basis of a relevant warrant, at noon on Thursday in Aspropyrgos.
The police identified and arrested the perpetrator after a complaint was filed by the parents of a 15-year-old girl. In fact, the information states that the 48-year-old urged her to send him nude photos of herself and to engage in acts of a sexual nature, while he himself performed similar acts in front of her from February to June 2023 and while he had developed online communication with minor.
How he trapped the minor
As reported by ERT, from May to June 2023, at least five intimate meetings followed in his car, outside her home and her school, where the accused repeatedly performed sexual acts against her.
The 48-year-old was arrested on charges of sexual acts with a minor, pornography of minors and attracting children for sexual reasons.
In addition, a case file was filed against him for violation of the legislation on weapons and drugs, as in searches of his home and in his possession, a number of digital evidence, a cigarette with Indian hemp, a pistol, a revolver and a number of cartridges were found and confiscated.

Arrested pursuant to a relevant warrant at midday on 7-3-2024 after intensive searches by police officers of the Juvenile Protection Sub-Directorate of the Attica Security Directorate, a 48-year-old citizen for sexual acts with a minor, pornography of minors and attracting children for sexual reasons.
In addition, a case file was filed against the 48-year-old for violating the legislation on weapons and drugs, as following searches of his home and his possession, the following were found and confiscated:

improvised cigarette with Indian hemp weighing -0.9- grams,
pistol,
revolver and
number of cartridges.
The arrested person was taken to the competent Prosecutor.
