This Wednesday, November 6, the conference on Productive Perspectives of the South of the Lake was held at the headquarters of the Alberto Adriani Cattlemen’s Association.

The event included the participation of the Regional Federation of Livestock Breeders and Farmers of the South West, Fegasur, and the National Federation of Livestock Breeders, Fedenaga. Representatives of the Secretariat of Economic Development of the Government of Mérida, State Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Institute of Comprehensive Agricultural Health, INSAI, National Institute of Agricultural Research INIA, Coremer, Fomdes and Livestock associations in the area.

During the day, work tables were developed that seek strategies and actions to improve the economy of the region, as well as promote the development of areas with greater productive potential, relationships for internal marketing and analysis of export possibilities, which will shape the strategic plan that allows us to take advantage of opportunities and strengthen relationships to overcome challenges, explained Edgar Uzcátegui, president of Asodegaa.
